The staff is very friendly. However, when I arrive for my appointment 5 minutes early, I end up getting called back 30 minutes after my appointment time. I take time off my lunch hour to come here and when I have an 11 am appointment scheduled, I would like for me to be called back and get going, instead of waiting 35 minutes. This is the third time it has happened and my boss gets very angry when I come back and I have to tell her the same story (that they were running behind). Dr. Garman was fantastic. He was very professional and truly cared about me. My first visit at Dentistry at Somerset was so good I have since sent my wife and children to see Dr. Garman as well.
