The dentist and hygienists are excellent: knowledge, work, professionalism, courtesy, customer service are outstanding! Not pleased with the misdirection of your front desk staff, I was informed that my insurance was fine and then suddenly it wasn't after my visit. Very unimpressed with that... I'm now stuck with a $588 bill because I was lied to.

This time I saw a new Dental Hygienist. She was less experienced, was wearing loose gloves, had no control of cleaning equipment in mouth.
The hygienist clearly was concerned for my newly diagnosed nerve-related disease. Abby and I have begun developing a good relationship.
