The dentist and hygienists are excellent: knowledge, work, professionalism, courtesy, customer service are outstanding! Unfortunately my experience w your front office which handles the estimates, billing and insurance was not. Not pleased with the misdirection of your front desk staff, I was informed that my insurance was fine and then suddenly it wasn't after my visit. Very unimpressed with that... I'm now stuck with a $588 bill because I was lied to.

The reason I asked Jenna to switch from her prior dentist in WDM to Somerset was the great customer service and welcome as a new customer I received from your office when I moved to Ames this winter. I was brought into a separate room, your services were explained and I even received a gift bag with a lunch tote and a few little gifts. Although it's not common, occasionally Dr. Garman will do preventive care cleanings if one of our hygienists is out of the office. This time I saw a new Dental Hygienist. She was less experienced, was wearing loose gloves, had no control of cleaning equipment in mouth.
