Dr. Moon is caring and competent. He has the skills and knowledge to solve neurological problems. Ignore all the negative online reviews. Many people are unhappy in life and online reviews are just one way for them to express their global displeasure with life. If you want a smart doctor who can actually solve your problem.....Dr. Moon is that doctor!!!!!

Dr. Moon treated me for my POTS/Dysautonmonia and he was also the only doctor who finally diagnosed what was wrong with me, and I had been seeing doc's for 4+ years. He gave me a test for a rare autoimmune disorder that most neuro's aren't using but should be. His staff are wonderful and helped me get through the process when I needed to receive IVIG treatements. Dr. Moon is more of a quiet doctor, but he is very intelligent and will answer any questions that you may have.
Dr. Moon is a FANTASTIC Doctor. Not only do I feel like he was attentive to my case, but was sensitive to my financial situation and always offered several options for treatment (short term, long term, invasive and non-invasive); leaving me a pressure free option to decide what I was comfortable with. In addition, Dr. Moon is very knowledgeable in his field. I had to see 4 specialists prior, none of them could find what ailed me. He not only did, but helped me lead a normal life again. #greatful
Dr. Moon is very attentive. He listens and discusses issues. Does not seem like he is in a hurry like so many doctors these days. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant to be in the company of. His staff is like a big family. Kim at the front desk is very sociable and mind. His PA's and MA's are also super knowledgably and altruistic.
Dr. Moon was very pleasant to work with. He sincerely cared about my health but did not sugar-coat the situation in telling me exactly what I needed to do to solve the issue. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.
I took my wife to Dr. Moon because he was in the same building as our primary care physician. The first visit went okay with him being very attentive. They cancelled the second visit suddenly due to the illness of EEG tech but didn't tell us until we were 100 miles into our 150-mile trip to get to their office. The next appointment was disappointing at best. He left my wife hanging after an MCI diagnosis. We won't go back.
