Dr. Moon is compassionate and has great expertise. He listens thoughtfully when I discuss my concerns with him and his assistance has greatly helped me.

Dr. Moon took the time to meet with me and understood exactly what was going on. He requested MRIs to rule out anything serious at first. I liked the process and he came up with a solution for me that has been successful. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Moon profiled me and did not listen. He looks at the correct notes but acts like he is treating someone else with another condition. He was argumentative. I've never encountered this level of arrogance.Other concerns are valid but are not permitted to be published. My visits were cleared by insurance and Dr. Moon's staff before the visit. Unfortunately, I have been billed each time. Staff do not respond to me but pick up the phone for my insurance provider.

I Have M.S., Migraine & Vertigo. I have a neurologist for M.S. and another for migraine. I was referred by an ENT for vertigo. Moon's office changed my appt 4 times. I waited for months to see him. I brought years of MRI's and the reports. The entire 'work-up' was done by a female doc and Moon came in for about 5 minutes and told me to go see my other Neurologists. He gave me no info. on why I'm getting vertigo or any hope to prevent it. He did tell me he'd prescribe a better med for nausea and motion sickness. After several... read more

In January I was referred to Dr. Moon. My actual visit was great, and Dr. Moon is a very nice person. My referral for an MRI was initially denied due to lack of information. I call and call and call. If you have any needs, questions, follow ups YOU HAVE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. That means if you just need to know if they submitted the proper information to insurance for the mri they prescribed, you have to pay another $300 plus. I explained that I followed every prompt and there isn't one for 'I have a question that doesn't m... read more

I like moon. His office is incapable of submitting and following up with insurance companies to collect. And they deny doctor visits on one day notice and tell patients it is up to them to resolve insurance issues created by moons office

Did not see doctor, saw PA or MA. She asked me 5 times what were my HM symptoms. 5 times I told her. Said they couldn't help me, referred me to Neurosurgery wat U C Health. Waste of my time and theirs.

I was in Dr. Moon’s office with my brother who has a serious degenerative brain disease. I found the office staff to be rude, curt when asking them questions, showing no compassion toward a man who obviously was struggling with communication. This is not the first review that talks about the office staff not being caring, considered, or compassionate. And I’m sure it won’t be the last unless something is done about it. They either need to be given some training on how to work with people with medical conditions that are ofte... read more

I was Dr. Moon’s patient for a very long time. My first impression of him was he was arrogant but I continued to see him for PN. I really never felt that things were getting resolved under his care regarding my condition. I went to him recently before the holidays when I was in a car accident and some other issues. Dr Moon sent out a STAT order to have an MRI for a stroke? I was alarmed, tried to get an appointment at several places for the MRI but couldn’t find anything. Tried to call his office over the holiday to ask what... read more
