We loved our stay. Staff was great. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Harry at the front desk was a great host. We are not really gamblers but it was fun walking thru the Casino and we enjoyed our drinks at the bar. The neighborhood wasn’t the greatest but the interstate was a block away. So it’s easy access to anywhere in the city you’d want to go

I stayed at Caesar’s for two nights and Derby City for two nights. There is no comparison. Derby City staff made me feel welcome. They were professional, helpful and cheerful. Even the cleaning staff were friendly. I gambled and lost at both locations. So no sour grapes to sway my opinion in either direction in favor of one or the other. Derby City is as close as you can come to a high end property on the strip in Vegas.
