Needed a same day storage and I've had used this same place before. The team was great! Manny and Michelle went out their ways to find the best unit size to fit my needs and budget. It was the perfect space and a good price. The unit itself was very clean and dust free.

The employees here at this location are helpful.. I have been taken my stuff to storage to Derral's for many years . from Temecula, Palmdale, Lancaster to now Bakersfield, California.. Over all I have been extra pleased with facility.. Great people

Storage units are going quick all over town, so they were helpful getting me into the one I needed and they are super clean and easy to find. When it was time to vacate, I needed to figure out multiple things before I could completely leave, but Michelle and Manny were extremely patient and helpful and offered me multiple options to make things easier on me. Thank you guys!

Never thought I'd need a storage, let alone have to rate their service. I chose Derrel's Mini storage after calling multiple storage locations near me, and they were the greatest option. Manny and Michelle made the renting process very very easy. The facility is very clean, organized, and their customer service is amazing. If we ever need another storage, best believe we will gladly return.

I have I have to give Derrel's Mini Storage three stars because they do hire senior citizens and going and getting a storage unit today was aggravating. I'm very used to answering the phone within three rings and the gentleman behind the counter continue to let the phone ring over and over again the phone rang a total of 5 times .....with more than 10 rings for each time it rang .....he did explain the process well put on my lock on my storage unit and got me out as fast as I came in .....it was a good experience but please ... read more

Love this location. Rogerann is the sweetest. This place knows how to do business. Clean grounds. Safety cameras. Decent hours. Great prices in comparison to others. I keep saying, "No wonder they're expanding to an additional lot across the street! They know how to treat people with respect!"

We had to drive to the derrel's on 3801 wilson rd,because the old lady there would not answer the phone which it is very inconvenient for us and arriving there was a waste of time. We right away told her that we've been trying to call to get pricing or if they had the unit we were looking for she right away with no hesitation says"i'm too busy I don't answer phones"we were dumbfounded by how nonchalant she said it. I was so excited to get a storage that was affordable just for them to gi5 me with late charges after the 1st they say it doesn't count u till after the 11th but I have receipts that show other wise when asked about the 42 dollar extra charge to my a. Ount when paying on the 15th she said it was already going into lein meaning they were trying to sale my stuff crazy after being late only 15 days this is not the place e to fo if u ask me
