My experience with Derrel's Mini Storage on Wilson and Akers was awful. The lady was rude, unfriendly, could care less for the business and definitely doesn't deserve our money. She literally told us she doesn't have time for us! The man was a tad better but not a lot. Derrel's has such a good name and good prices but perhaps they should invest in service training for these people.

First time at my storage and instead of helping me the lady was extremely rude and almost seemed mad at me for not knowing where my storage was... maybe if they had a sign saying there's another storage across the street I would have known.
