Overall it was a great experience, the helpfulness from the staff to get you on the second phase of your journey after treatment was completed was unprecedented

Treatment was a lot better than I expected. I was really nervous and almost didn't go and I'm so glad I did my life is changed because of it desert hope had great meals great workers and I've met people from all over the United States and I'm still friends with a lot of them

I think Desert Hope did help however I feel like if they were to streamline their policies they�d be much more effective. It seems like there were too many disconnects with what was going on. Needs to have better communication among the staff. I came out of a very serious domestic situation and one of the management staff used calling my husband as a threat which was extremely inappropriate. There�s always another answer.

I truly believe in this facility. They provide an excellent treatment to the mind, body, and spirit. Beautiful Cam.pus, great food, and I really learned a lot about the disease of addiction

Overall, the quality of care was good. I would say communication between members of treatment team in in-patient needs much improvement.

The team is amazing!!! They treat you like family. The classes are very informative. I have learned a lot that I can use as I transition back to my home state.
