I love it here. This place is always my first choice. I came here once because i didnt want to drive far. It was the best decision i made. I may have a copay here, but id rather pay than go anywhere else. The people here listen to you and treat you like a human being.

Had bad long congestion, went to this Borego clinic which is now affiliated with D.A.P. Health. Waited 40 minutes, finally saw a male Indian Doctor, he wanted to have an x ray done on my lungs. They couldn't do it at this facilty, said go to Emergency Room at hospital. I had fever and thought an xray really wasn't really nessecary, asked for antibiotic just in case it was just a bad cold with lung conjestion. He wouldn't prescripe any antibiotics. Has a horrible experience here. The wait was painful but that was expected and not the horrible part. The doctor we saw was horrendous. Rude and mono syllabic. She (Filipino?) should not be a doctor. Engaging with people who are already in pain and suffering needs some empathy. It was clear that she was in this only for a pay check which is fine. There are other jobs that can give you a pay check that don't require you to engage with other humans with some basic civility.

The staff is not helpful or compassion of the patients. After my appointment my medication has not been ordered and I called them everyday went back to the office and staffed at they will call the pharmacy. I still don't have my medicine and it's been a week now.
i walked in with my toddler today for the urgent care. They burly opened and somehow are already backed up. They office Ladys were very rude. This place sucks.
The people here do not listen to their patients. I went in explaining exactly what I needed and instead of explaining how to get access to my lab results as I had asked, they told me to check in when I did not have time to do so. I came back another day and checked in. I was called surprisingly quickly but the nurse of course was incompetent and told me that bloodwork alone is all I needed in order to check my lithium levels as well as gastrointestinal issues after I showed her a paper from the hospital telling her what I ne... read more
If I could give no star I would the staff in the front is rude and don't care me and my son had been waiting about two hours they called a name witch was not even close to his name so I asked how much longer and she said they just called you and I said no they didn't call his name i don't know what name she was calling but that was not my son so she then says we have to wait for another room to open up now because they already filled that room so we have to wait for your poor pronunciation and not double checking how to say ... read more
This is the worst doctors office that I have ever experienced. The doctors are never available. If you call, you will be out through a loop hole of customer service representatives who cannot help you but can only take a massage down for you and you will never hear back from them. The time I needed a prescription filled I was advised that the doctor was on vacation and no other doctors were covering for the doctor that was out of office.
