No Parking, Waiting in room for over 1 hour to see doctor, that is with having an appointment that took me 3 weeks to get scheduled.
Dr. Langhorne is a great pediatrician, and her nurses are good with kids, but the office and front desk staff are awful. If they pick up the phone at all, which they usually don't, they are rude and unhelpful. I've had to call Borrego Health's main customer service line to even make an appointment here. Those appointments can take 4+ weeks btw. The waiting room mixes sick adults and healthy kids with very little separation. I would love to see Dr. Langhorne move to a better office.
I used to love this place. Today I went to my previously scheduled appt, waited an hour, only to be told the kiosk that said "sign in here" in huge type was only for lab work! WTH? So I was very late for my appt. I just left & will be changing to a doctor closer to YV where I live. I guess the bankruptcy/aquisition by DAP has destroyed it. Don't go there!
This place is terrible worst than any place that I have ever been to in my life they will make you wait almost 2 hours to be seen by a "doctor" even tho they have had you as a previous patient and claim that since you haven't been there for a while even tho they have your record. Seems like they loose things if that's the case also as well they hire a gynecologist that won't even do there job and be an actual "doctor" and degrade you and talk down to you and not even ask medical history and cost someone's life almost because... read more
I called there hotline and was told to walk in and drove from yucca and was turned away because I didn't have any money. Thet said the testing is free but not taking too the doctor...WTF in a time like this and I have alott of the symptoms of covid. Looks like money is more important to these people.. need assistance look elsewhere
Usually i don't do this but, I'm fed up. I was supposed to have an appt for my son today. I have had this appt for 21/2 months.( thinking it was with his regular doc) I called a couple of week ago just to make sure and apparently you schedule him for you East side campus??? Where we have never been. So i remake the appointmentfor today. oh did i mention he wont get to see him reg doc cause???? Worst place ever to take your children, i advise if you have children that you love dearly please do not take them to this facility. My son was born prematurely and was referred to this doctors office as a follow up from being discharged. Given all the information to there office they had yet to tell me or check his eye sight for complications which was a specific need. As time went on I as a mother started to notice certain things wrongs with my sons ability to see, giving Borrego another chance as they were the only office... read more
