La espera es larga de dos a tres horas para solo ver a el doctor por 10-15 minutos. Para ver a mi doctor principal es larga la demora de dos a tres meses. Si necesito un relleno en medicamentos tengo que aser cita y esperar más tiempo. Pésimo el servicio
Cuando un paciente va a urgencias deben de atender al paciente y sí no hay urgencias al tal día pongan un aviso en la puerta los días que si tienen urgencias para que los pacientes sepan los días.
Out of convenience I chose this health care facility due to the fact that I am not able to transport at all nonetheless outside of my city for medical assistance. Received a bill today for a payment due.
I was told in the morning to come back in the afternoon & then had to wait an additional 5 hours to have a prescription refilled. I would suggest if they know there is going to be a long wait to take your name & have you return later. That wait your day is not wasted & you don’t get frustrated. Thank you.
