I was told I had a $75 copay. Paid it. Then, got a bill for another $100. Not cool. I got a single prescription and an order for an ultrasound (paid separately).

Dr fine.. time to wait to long
I recently visited this urgent care for both of my kids. We seen Dr. Marlyn Abon. Long wait time for discharge paperwork and also I didn’t understand why Dr.Abon prescribe medication for each of my child that cost over $100 knowing we are on IEHP before there was really good doctors there. I am not fond of the doctors that work there now I will not be going back there I also called the office at 4:20 and the girl said she was gonna put me on hold. She had horrible phone etiquette. La espera es larga de dos a tres horas para solo ver a el doctor por 10-15 minutos. Para ver a mi doctor principal es larga la demora de dos a tres meses. Si necesito un relleno en medicamentos tengo que aser cita y esperar más tiempo. Pésimo el servicio
Cuando un paciente va a urgencias deben de atender al paciente y sí no hay urgencias al tal día pongan un aviso en la puerta los días que si tienen urgencias para que los pacientes sepan los días.
Out of convenience I chose this health care facility due to the fact that I am not able to transport at all nonetheless outside of my city for medical assistance. Received a bill today for a payment due.
I was told in the morning to come back in the afternoon & then had to wait an additional 5 hours to have a prescription refilled. I would suggest if they know there is going to be a long wait to take your name & have you return later. That wait your day is not wasted & you don’t get frustrated. Thank you.
