Calling to get an appointment takes a long time ,otherwise the office wait to do the procedure was very quick.

Processing personnel were pleasant and fast. I was called in by X-ray technician after a short wait. The tech was pleasant and professional. The X-rays were completed in a short amount of time. I really enjoyed my walk in experience.

I had a bad experience just today I called their office and was asked to come over an hour earlier than my appointment, then when I arrived there, the Doctor informed me that they have not received my ct scan report yet. Very incompetent. I have requested this day off from work and drove 30 minutes for nothing. My blood pressure just went up and my time, energy and money wasted because of their incompetency.
