They all are very professional very very nice friendly make you feel like family. The front desk people and all the technicians are great. They were beyond kind and helpful. Scheduling is always a challenge with a lady that talks over you and doesnāt always understand what you are saying to her due to a language barrier. The same challenge of not understanding happened with the person in the back helping with patient transitions. She argued me a few times when I tried to teach her a different way of saying things so she understood me. I am not only a native speaker, but I am an English teacher and I shoul...Ā read more

My experience at Desert Radiology was excellent in every way. From the moment I walked in at the front desk to the actual meeting with the technician who was doing my ultrasound. The technicianās name was Malisa and she was professional, friendly, caring and very knowledgeable about her job. I felt she cared about me. After she was finished she told me to get dressed and that I could leave. I was very happy with the way I was treated a Desert Radiology and would recommend them to my family and friends.Ā

I had a good experience with the staff with most recent mammogram. However, I'm dissatisfied with how long it takes to get an appointment. I received a letter stating that there was a finding in my mammogram where I need additional imaging, but their next available appointment is not until December. I am concerned about my health, and I thought there was an urgency on getting this checked based on the letter I received; therefore, I was expecting a sooner appointment. Ā
