I’ve been going to DR on S Eastern for the past 5 years…. I have never had a bad experience, from making my apartment to having my PET scan… everyone that was involved in my care was extremely professional….if they were to ask me how can we improve our service, I wouldn’t have an answer….when you’re at the level of excellence, what more can you ask for…….JF

Most of the staff is very impersonal. Ryan the tech for my last appointment was a rare gem at this location & I have been a couple times. The lobby is filled with mostly seniors with walkers or other devices that they need to handle. Usually only one staff member manages the front desk even though there are several other windows. Usually the person maning the front desk is very impersonal treating you like a number & there are no chairs to sit while waiting for check in.
