My experience with Mason the technician who did my bone scan was great. Very professional and easy to talk to. However, the upfront staff who check people in were not helpful and courteous. I realize they were very busy that day but, a warm smile when you walk up to thelr window would make you feel like you weren’t putting them out. Be happy you have a job.
