Service at the Cimarron location was not the best, but service was great at Eastern site

Good: Appointment was started on time. The techs are great who did my PET prep and scan. Bad: Long wait times to make appointments you can’t make on line. I waited 1.5 hours to speak to a person. That is unacceptable.
