Good: Appointment was started on time. The techs are great who did my PET prep and scan. Bad: Long wait times to make appointments you can’t make on line. I waited 1.5 hours to speak to a person. That is unacceptable.

Customer service was excellent. The check-clerk on duty September 20 at the.Eastern office was extremely helpful in providing all information prior to check-in. She (did not get her name) should be commended for her expertise in greeting and helping patients. The x-ray technician, Roberto, was very helpful to prepare me for the procedure. He explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend Desert Radiology.
