Once you make it to your appointment the service is fine… BUT!! EVERY SINGLE TIME I call to make an appointment for my mother, I have to hold for 25-45 minutes! One instance was 65 minutes! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE AND DISRESPECTFUL!! Stop being so damned greedy!! HIRE MORE STAFF !!!

Been calling for over two weeks to schedule a ultrasound and I have gotten through 1 time and was told that there wasn’t enough information on my referral so I had my Dr call and it’s been six days and I still haven’t heard from them. Horizon Ridge is garbage !

Kristin C. is the sweetest, she talked me through the procedure and made sure I was comfortable and understood what was going on. The world needs more people like her in it!! A real gem!!
