Polite people working at Eastern & Viking facility but the facility is so badly in need of remodeling and regular upkeep it shows a sense of disproportionate concern for appearance and hygiene of the facility - filthy carpeting, rundown furniture, storage of equipment in waiting room, isolated waiting room remote from main lobby with no attendant or representative of facility.

Friendly staff and super fast even though the lobby was nearly full I was in and out in 15 mins

My MRI Technician was the kindest and extremely professional person I've ever had in the past 60 years of my life! She was so patient with me, I am extremely claustrophobic, and she helped me through it with patience and grace and without medication! I would recommend DR to everyone!
