I already have
Had a 7:30 appt. Ok systems were down, told them I would wait, sat for 2 hours, then notice people coming in and being taken back, went to Check, I know I was forgotten, then told to do paperwork ( could have done at 7:30) then told me they might not be able to take me in for my appt. I have been there 3 times before no problems. When I was call back, the technician was delightful and took 5 minutes for the procedure. The front desk person, needed to apologize and taken care of the error.

Pretty quick sign in process and pretty quick to be called back for the procedure. Procedure was REALLY quick and painless. Tech knew what she was doing!
