Most of the staff is very impersonal. Ryan the tech for my last appointment was a rare gem at this location & I have been a couple times. The lobby is filled with mostly seniors with walkers or other devices that they need to handle. Usually only one staff member manages the front desk even though there are several other windows. Usually the person maning the front desk is very impersonal treating you like a number & there are no chairs to sit while waiting for check in. Both employees helping me with my Bone Scan and Mammogram. were really friendly and professional There was even a new girl training in the mammogram and she was just as nice and professional and they have so much patience This why I always go to Desert Radiology
