DR was excellent from the time I checked in until the time I left. All the staff was friendly and knew what they were doing. I had a liver biopsy done and everything was explained in detail about how things would be done and what to expect and all went according to plan. I had minimal pain, recovery time was exactly as they said. Other people had told me a Liver biopsy was very painful and would be laid up for a couple of weeks, but that wasn't the case for me I was driving later that day with no pain.

I am the victim of a high speed accident. A 2019 3000lb Toyota Camry blew a solid red light, totaled my 6000lb SUV. Lives and MUCH real estate business we’re lost. When I was approached by the MRI staff, my behavior was erratic and they handled me accordingly, and my MRI was completed. TO THE MRI STAFF I’m very sorry.

The only negative comment I have is about how long I had to wait on hold to make an appointment and again when I had to call to confirm you had received insurance approval. Each time I called I was on hold for over 70 minutes, to me that is unacceptable. If not for the almost 2 1/2 hours I lost staying on hold, I would give you 4 stars and definitely recommend you to friends.
