Everyone that I encountered during my visit Very friendly and very courteous. They made me feel comfortable. I was having a test that I never had before and I was very nervous The person who did the testing was very kind and reassured me that everything was gonna be OK. After that I was able to calm myself down and do the test. Once again thank you desert radiology for taking such good care of me.

Walked in for chest X-ray. Waiting room was crowded but seemed to move quickly Check in was efficient and friendly. She explained that it would be about 45 minutes and she was right

The team at Desert Radiology never fails to impress me. The front desk check in team is courteous and efficient. They were also very mindful of hand hygiene. The individual that took my identification and insurance card sanitized her hands before taking them. The technician that prepared me for my scan did an excellent job of ensuring she had the right patient, used excellent technique when starting my IV while ensuring my comfort.
