My 1 star rating is based solely on the fact that I am NEVER able to schedule an appointment through phone call. Frequently on hold for 30 minutes + before giving up. Using online appointment scheduling is also unproductive. I am forced to drive to a location & make appointments in person. On the other hand, staff are professional and supportive. It’s truly a shame that upper management refuse to address this ongoing problem!
