I had two procedures done separately. The technicians were excellent - explained everything and showed an interest in making sure I was comfortable.

Way way way too long to ask a simple question OR schedule an appointment!! The people are great once you get to talk to someone but your hold time is unreasonable and disrespectful to your customers! Fix it!!
