I went in for a MRI . I was met by McKenzie at front desk with a smile and hello. I forgot to bring my referral and the Drs orders had not reached them yet. She went looking for it and found it. She knew the answer to every question. And took care of my paperwork for that appt and my following one in 3 days. She went above and beyond. And all their staff did.
