Had an MRI at the Horizon Ridge location on 9-2-2022 It was the best experience. The technician I had was excellent he needs to be commended by Desert Radiology he was so patient with me and explained everything to me as the procedure went along.

My complaint is the very long wait on the phone to make appointments. Must be 30 minutes.

Excellent accommodation considering I’m-disabled. Technician was very explanatory on every move that I needed to do and that she would be doing. She was quick and efficient. First time in my lefe the exam did not hurt.
