My appointment on 18 Oct was easy. Jackie & the other member were wonderful. They both explained what I should expect. They put me at ease so I could relax to some degree. Jackie needed to give me crackers & juice afterwards & kept checking on me untill I felt I was able to drive home. Jackie is the best. I look forward to having her with me at my 26 Oct appointment.
