The staff was very friendly and attentive. The MRI technician made me very comfortable during the exam.

Everyone was kind and courteous! My only complaint would be that I had to pay out of pocket- my Insurance hadn’t been approved in time for my appointment.

Front reception was very cheerful, friendly and courteous! Specially Amy, actually they are all very nice and smiling! Makes a huge difference. Wait time was not very long compared to Steinberg (day & night comparison). Will never go back to Steinberg again. Will recommend Desert Radiology to relatives, friends and everyone I know.

My first time at DR and I was greeted well, it was pretty busy at the location I went to, I had an hour and a half wait, so the lady that was checking me in gave me another location which was right up the street, I was in and out in 15 mins. Very kind staff.
