Everyone was kind and courteous! My only complaint would be that I had to pay out of pocket- my Insurance hadn’t been approved in time for my appointment.

The front desk experience made me want to leave. They were harsh, snippy and made me even feel like my doctor’s order wasn’t enough. Of course the tech approved it. They give off the vibe, “We don’t want to help you unless you’re good enough for us.” Immediately put me in a bad mood. However the tech was amazing. Thoughtful. Gave me plenty of time to change and made me feel comfortable. Thought of. Cared for. It was night and day. Front reception was very cheerful, friendly and courteous! Specially Amy, actually they are all very nice and smiling! Makes a huge difference. Wait time was not very long compared to Steinberg (day & night comparison). Will never go back to Steinberg again. Will recommend Desert Radiology to relatives, friends and everyone I know.
