If I could give ZERO stars i would. I have a Puppy who is in need of a emergency check up. Went to this clinic(which is the only one open today) and the doors are locked( but closes at 6pm?)...called to get some type of help or appointment and they said " We're not taking in any new clients" and instantly turned us away without even hearing about my puppy. Absolutely awful people to turn away a sick puppy. Ill be recommending friends that do go there to seek a different vet.
They play roulette to figure out what is wrong with your animal and charge hundreds of dollars on tests that don’t figure out the problem. Don’t waste your money going here. They are in it for the money.
My healthy, energetic 4 month old kitten died after anesthesia and spaying surgery by Dr Sandigo. We are heartbroken. We are aware that there is a lack of veterinarians in Yuma and how busy you are. How many pets are supervised by one tech or nurse in recovery, at one time? How do I tell my 5 year old grandson that assembly line style veterinary care is more important than the life of his best friend?
They do not honor their word. Wouldn’t recommend if you don’t have your word what do you have.
Keep their word and put customer above profits.
