Estimate was fair and very thorough. However, I would recommend "worse case scenario" being spelled out for unlevel floors and minorl slab cracking in Florida (not structural). Cost increased 30% to address defects and ensure 10 yr guarantee. Worth it in the long run, but was a bit of sticker shock. <br /> Storefront on Blanding Blvd has large selection of high quality tiles and wood floors. They did an excellent job of removing the loose tile and replacing it with matching tile. The installation was very professional, and went to great lengths to clean up after the job was completed. <br />
I reached out to Jon and Chris after reading such positive reviews here on Angie's list. From the start they were extremely responsive and flexible to my schedule. Jon, Chris and Steve made the planning and selection of materials very smooth and worry free. Designer Lifestyles was great! They quoted me $500 over the phone to replace ceramic tile in the foyer measuring approximately 6'x6'. I received the same quote from other providers, but chose them based on their customer service and quick response time. I supplied the tile and gout. They arrived on time and were extremely professional. They did a fabulous job. I highly recommend. <br />
