If I could give zero stars I would. After waiting for 2 hours we met the rudest np I have ever met in my life. Diosan Powell has no compassion for her patients and what they are going through. She refused to listen and became extremely rude. Go somewhere else, she doesn’t deserve to have her license:
I truly wish I could leave two separate reviews — one for Dr. Johnson, who is an outstanding, compassionate physician, and another for the office manager, whose behavior has been unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely out of line. Dr. Johnson has been wonderful. She listens, cares, and provides excellent medical guidance. I don’t think I was diagnosed properly, the NP took my information of concerns, and told me what she thought it could be( allergies) after I’m telling her that’s it’s painful to breathe.also telling me to come back if I’m not better, I feel like she didn’t care, and I was ok with asking for a shot to make me feel better since she didn’t suggest it, I feel like they only want you to keep coming back to get more money.I’m so disappointed.

The wait time was extremely long even with me having an appointment. The providers were tired so the services reflected that. They were overbooked so me along with a few others were placed in a hearing room until a private room became available.
I went for a minor sick visit. The wait time was extremely long. They hurry up and get your payment before anything else.
Staff seemed very un-organized during my visit. Nurse didn’t seem knowledgeable regarding my medications. The two times I’ve discussed refills it turned into arguements. I was told it was to much paperwork for my sleep medication. Someone who identified his self as Shon called me stating that they didn’t wanna go through the trouble in the future with my sleep meditation and to find another healthcare provider.
