The staff is friendly and very helpful every time I have come in . That is why I have been going there for over 3 years and will continue to go there when needed. You guys are great !

Mostly went for the urine and blood test. The nurse practitioner didn’t seem as knowledgeable about what the problem could be, just stated the already known. No further questions about what could be going on which is what I needed to know. But everyone is nice and the place was neat and clean.

If I could give zero stars I would. After waiting for 2 hours we met the rudest np I have ever met in my life. Diosan Powell has no compassion for her patients and what they are going through. She refused to listen and became extremely rude. Go somewhere else, she doesn’t deserve to have her license:
I truly wish I could leave two separate reviews — one for Dr. Johnson, who is an outstanding, compassionate physician, and another for the office manager, whose behavior has been unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely out of line. Dr. Johnson has been wonderful. She listens, cares, and provides excellent medical guidance. Unfortunately, every interaction I’ve had with the office manager, Sean, has been the complete opposite — combative, argumentative, and dismissive. I don’t think I was diagnosed properly, the NP took my information of concerns, and told me what she thought it could be( allergies) after I’m telling her that’s it’s painful to breathe.also telling me to come back if I’m not better, I feel like she didn’t care, and I was ok with asking for a shot to make me feel better since she didn’t suggest it, I feel like they only want you to keep coming back to get more money.I’m so disappointed.
