We had a fantastic experience. The boat pick-up was incredibly easy. The staff was incredibly friendly. When we were ready to go after having a great time on the water, they graciously cleaned the boat for us and ensured we didn’t have to do anything. Patrick and Landon are the dynamic duo of the team. They made sure we were well-prepared for the day and that we took care of their boat responsibly.
Outstanding experience! The captain (Gavin) was very insightful and accommodating. We will definitely do it again with Gavin!
The staff was amazing. Great customer service, they helped us with loading our items into and off of the boat and helping us get them loaded back into the van. They all went out of their way to make our family’s experience a fun and memorable one. The boat was clean and in good order, the instruction was clear and they were available to answer questions while we were out on the bay. Over all a great experience. We will do it again and recommend them to anyone else interested in boating to Crab Island or around the bay.

We had an excellent time on this trip to Crab Island! Captain Marc was so good with our son. He didn’t even mind that our kiddo talks incessantly! lol He was very knowledgeable about Destin and answered all our questions. And while he was completely professional, he still laughed and talked with us like a friend we’d known forever! The pontoon we were on had a slide, a boogie board, and a huge floating seat (big enough for all of us), which made the trip to Crab Island even more fun.
