We had a fantastic experience. The boat pick-up was incredibly easy. The staff was incredibly friendly. When we were ready to go after having a great time on the water, they graciously cleaned the boat for us and ensured we didn’t have to do anything. Patrick and Landon are the dynamic duo of the team. They made sure we were well-prepared for the day and that we took care of their boat responsibly.
Outstanding experience! The captain (Gavin) was very insightful and accommodating. We will definitely do it again with Gavin!
We had an excellent time on this trip to Crab Island! Captain Marc was so good with our son. He didn’t even mind that our kiddo talks incessantly! lol He was very knowledgeable about Destin and answered all our questions. And while he was completely professional, he still laughed and talked with us like a friend we’d known forever! We had the best vacation day of our trip on the day that we rented our pontoon boat. My biggest regret was only doing the four hour rental. I can't think of anything we could possibly complain about. The customer service was wonderful. They loaded up all of our stuff Onto their golf cart and drove all of us down to our boat. They helped loading it on and off the boat. We had a wonderful experience, renting our pontoon! Everyone from the girls that were working when we first got there for parking and explaining everything - to the men that got the pontoon ready and explained it -were awesome to work with! don’t forget to tip everyone !We saw dolphins and stingrays and a jellyfish and fish swimming. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate so great so the four hours worked out really well!
