I had an extremely disappointing experience at this storage facility due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of one of the employees. From the moment I walked in, it was clear they had no interest in providing good customer service. My father died December 27th 2023. I informed the manager at ***************************************************** that he was renting unit 11 and he passed away and his account needed to be closed. The plant manager shook my hand and wrote my information down and said he would call me. When I came back the next day. They had placed a lock on his unit and wouldn't let me into the unit.
