I had a great experience when I visited the DFCU Briarwood branch in Ann Arbor. I wanted to roll over my Mother in Law's CD, and put the balance in her savings account. Josh walked me through the process, which was a little complicated, and everything was finished in a short period of time. The manager was also very helpful.
I received a new debit card. I tried to use it at a money machine, but didn’t take it. I came home, looked up how to review/change the pin. Remained with the current pin. Tried them again. Didn’t work. Tried to change the pin. Computer response was that they were busy and hung up on me. I called to speak with a person. After about 10 min of waiting I did speak with a person who gave me a phone number to directly change my pin. It worked!!
