Heather (Branch manager) helped me as Kaleb was at lunch. She was very friendly and professional. All the staff at this branch is like family. I had a great experience when I visited the DFCU Briarwood branch in Ann Arbor. I wanted to roll over my Mother in Law's CD, and put the balance in her savings account. Josh walked me through the process, which was a little complicated, and everything was finished in a short period of time. The manager was also very helpful.
