From start to finish it was awesome. I sent Diana a text on a Saturday morning asking if she would want to work with us again she immediately responded. Had us an approval letter within hours. Everything was done within 6 weeks start to finish. This was by far the smoothest house transaction I’ve ever had and Diana and her team made it happen. Ms Harvey was not only very responsive, but quite pro-active. In the myriad items and details that go into not just securing financing, but doing so in the most advantageous manner, she was knowledgeable and prepared. There was no lag time at any stage. Her support staff was equally helpful. If I did mortgages, I'd head-hunt her for my clientele. As a commercial real estate professional, I've dealt with many lenders. They are not all equal. I got financing timely and at a great rate
