Diana and her team are easy to work with, asking lots of questions to ensure that they can provide the product/experience that works best for the customer. The online, secure website used for submitting information is easy to access, upload documents and stay on track with what is needed and when it is approved. This is my 2nd time using the VanDyke team and I plan to use the team again with my next mortgage.

This is my third mortgage transaction with Diana and team. They remain consistent in providing excellent service throughout the transaction and after. I was never left guessing where I stood, what my fees would be, what my options were, or when something was going to happen. Truly world class service. I won’t do mortgage business, including refinancing, with anyone else.
I can’t say enough good things about Diana and her team. I started working with her two months before I closed on my house. She helped me understand how credit is scored and how to get the scores up. Because of her I was able to qualify with a much better interest rate. Throughout the whole process of buying a house she educated me on what was happening and how I could make smarter decisions with my money. But she never made me feel forced into a decision. She is truly a partner!
Diana Harvey is second to none when it comes to mortgage financing. This is my second time working with her, once as a purchase and once as a refinance. I can't find enough words to describe how amazing she is. I have referred her to others as well that rave about her. She is informative, supportive, unbelievably knowledgable, and most importantly, she cares about her clients more than the bottle dollar.
