I love Dr. Pennington and all of the staff at Camden Oral Surgery! I have multiple health conditions and medications and Dr. Pennington took all of them into careful consideration before, during, and after my procedure. She provides adequate pain relief, which was very important to me. My recovery was very normal and I even called her twice outside of normal office hours (once for pain, to ask if I could start my Sock-It Gel 1 day early, and once because I popped a stitch while eating 4 days post-op.) Dr. Pennington and her staff always provide excellent care throughout the entire process. They are professional, kind and attentive from the first call to the end of your treatment. They even call to check on you after procedures.
Dr. Pennington and her staff provided a wonderful experience from the front office through post-op follow up. We appreciated the caring and professional staff, the well organized and efficient oral surgery procedure and the knowledge and experience of Dr. Pennington. We will gladly continue to use her for all of our family’s oral surgery needs.

I just recently had my wisdom teeth removed and was experiencing terrible pain a week later. I called and they told me it was normal even though it didn’t feel normal. A few hours later I received a call from them and they were very concerned about the pain I was experiencing and even though they were already closed for the weekend (btw this is the Friday before Labor Day weekend) they asked me to come in and ended up finding what was causing my pain!!! You will not find a more pleasant, warm and friendly staff, and Dr. Pennington is just as friendly and professional as those who support her work. She hired well, and they truly care about her! From walking into the dpor for check in to exiting, every person we came into contact was friendly and professional. The environment was warming and clean. The appointment was for my 6 year old daughter and they made sure to make her feel safe and comfortable. They brought a fun toy in to occupy her time and distract her while we briefly waited for doctor. Highly recommend this practice. The key to providing excellent customer service is to set realistic expectations and then to exceed them. Camden Oral Surgery excelled in every way. Their online registration process was intuitive and time-saving. Before I arrived I knew how much the procedure would cost. They told me how long the surgery would take and it ended up taking less time.
