My son Gary Meeks had 4 wisdom teeth surgically removed today and although he was nervous the staff made him feel comfortable which means a lot!!! When we came for our first visit a few weeks ago to get a check up and make the actual appointment April at the front desk was very welcoming and explained everything perfectly. I needed to get an evaluation for severe jaw pain. I called several specialists, but could not get an appointment before mid-March. Dr. Pennington's staff worked diligently to get me seen. First of all I do not like anything to do with dental work, big WIMP. I was more than amazed at the service I received, from the front desk all the way through the procedure. I had to have a tooth extracted due to an old root canal that had failed. They were willing to do anything for me to alleviate the stress and apprehension. I was a little nervous before my consultation. I walked in and I immediately felt “at home”. Everyone was very friendly, sweet and professional.
