They did not explain why the appointments were behind schedule. I am so pleased with everything else though! They are nice & polite. I just think maybe an apology because they were behind would have been nice.

I had not seen this optometrist before. He was cordial and professional. I didn't wait long at all. His diagnosis was accurate and the prescription helped with the pain and itching of the infection. I would recommend him again.
