I had to wait for 30 minutes in the waiting room for a quick follow-up check up (took 15 minutes). Once in, all went well and they were professional as usual.

three different appointments, three different offices.I don't like being run all over the city.If you don't have the right equipment close the office down.

As always the staff and level of care and compassion of the staff and doctors is outstanding. My only problem this trip was a 40 minute wait past my appointment time. This is not usually the case, however. I can surmise the delay was…

My wife and I have been members of he DISCOVER Vision Center for many years and we've never failed to get the best possible treatment/care for our vision problems. We will continue as long as possible.

Receptionist was attentive, spoke clearly and was helpful. Assistant to doctor was professional and pleasant. Dr. was professional and explained every procedure clearly.

The lady who did the initial exam was so very nice and helpful in helping me get to the room as I walk with a cane. Dr. Dawson is always very concerned and also helped me back out to the check out counter.
