Jennifer, that did my eye testing, couldn't have been more pleasant to work with. She had the perfect mix of professionalism and friendliness that made the experience so much less intimidating. Her 20 years of experience came shining thru. Lon, who did my diagnosis, likewise was professional and friendly. I really appreciated his candor in explaining my options and answering my questions. By the end of our time I felt like I could really trust his opinion and suggestion.
