I am totally confident that my vision is the top priority every time I come to an appointment!
Not everyone likes being addressed by first name. i am one of them. Your staff could ask patients for their preference. Waiting times in the exam room are inordinately long.
As far as the service, it was okay. However, the time element was NOT. Obviously it is due to overbooking. From observation, all patients not just myself seemed to be waiting for an over-extended time period.
