The doctor was great. He took the time to explain everything. We had little to no waiting and were seen almost on time. The check-in desk staff seemed stressed and were very rude. It was very busy and the ladies obviously didn't work…

Routine follow up, no issues.
Since I am 3 hours away from your facility I arrived 20 minutes early only to wait an hour past my scheduled appointment time. Then I was told it probably wasn't necessary to do the procedure again.
The waiting time before being called back to the exam room was shorter than it usually is at Discover Vision, but the long wait in the exam room waiting for the Dr was lengthy, even allowing for the dilating drops to work.
Great visit, as usual! I'm more than 10 years out on my Lasik, and still have 20/15 in both eyes!!
Dr. Dixon is an awesome Optometrist. My entire family sees him as well as some of my extended family!
