Dr. Singh and staff were great! Only concern was the long wait.
My Vision Tech was very good and very helpful; called back in a timely manner. The only thing that I thought could be improved was the wait time after Tech exam, for the physician. I sat there for 30 minutes.
Dr. Lile provides care for my whole family. He is always helpful and kind. My family has been very satisfied with the eye care we have received from Dr. Lile and this office.
Dr. Beek was very friendly, professional, and proficient. He did a great job of explaining my condition and describing my treatment options. He was very knowledgeable and experienced and despite a busy afternoon, I did not feel at all rushed. He made sure I understood and that were aligned before I left. I was very happy with the whole experience starting with Rita in check-in at the Leawood office.
Dr. Beek was very thorough, friendly, and professional. Would highly recommend.
I had already cancelled one appointment, so I really wanted to keep this one. My husband was in the hospital, so once they knew that they moved me right along so I could get back to him. Much appreciated!
