I had a very positive experience. The registration staff at check-in and check-out were friendly and courteous. My wait time to being roomed was within 10 minutes. Nurse Claire is friendly, courteous, easy to talk to. Dr. Sayad is a good listener and explained everything to me in a way I understand. I left feeling very good about my care from all of the staff.

We go to Dr. Dawson and have for a long time. He is knowledgeable, professional, and has a great bedside manner.
He took care of my medical eye condition right away & prescribed drops for my eye & if I was not better in a day to come back in. He is so nice I have been going to him for over 2 years .
Dr Johnson is easy to communicate with as she listens well and explains conditions and what is she is doing while she is working.
Doctor knew what needed to be done to correct my vision.
I had a visit with Dr. Sayed to rule out retinal tear or separation. He seemed very thorough, and was gentle. I had already had a lot of the concerns explained to me, so I didn't have many questions. Dr. Sayed did answer the few questions my husband and I did have. We didn't have to wait long after we arrived for me to be seen.
