My visit was positive and a great experience. Dr. Stechschulte explained my eye situation and ask me how I felt about the medical decision that was made.
Dr. Diane is excellent. I felt, even though he was rushed, that he took the time to take the necessary test to correct the problem with glasses rather than rushing into surgery. However, the office was running 45 minutes late. And the next appointment was more than two weeks out. Office staff did nothing to call folks and let them know. I have a 25 minute drive and rather than wait 1 hour and 20 minutes I could have utilized that time better. It made me feel like my time was worthless to the front desk. Dr. Beek answered all my questions and concerns. Very informative. Felt very confident in his suggestions and information.
I've been seeing Dr. Singh for over a year because of blurring of vision in my right eye. He diagnosed a "wrinkle" on my retina, and told me that it would eventually need to be treated surgically. I hesitated for several months but finally committed when the vision in that eye deteriorated to 20/50. Prerequisite treatment required cataract removal, which was completed in December, 2018.
